We are currently offering free UK delivery on all orders over £40 and will be sent by Royal Mail 48
Orders up to £39.99 are charged at specific rates by weight and sent by Royal Mail 48
Royal Mail 24 service also available within the UK
We ship worldwide and rates are found in checkout We aim to process orders the same day if ordreed before 12pm
If an item is returned to us by your local customs office we can provide a refund minus any postage costs incurred by ourselves. If an item is seized by your local customs office this will be the responsibility of the customer to resolve the issue.
Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
Order cut-off for all delivery services is 12pm (UK time). Orders placed after 12pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day

Some of deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery.
Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.
If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if this is more convenient for you.
All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.
We ship goods outside of the UK to Countries that Royal Mail's services cover.
Insurance – PLEASE READ
All our free flat rate and Signed For services are insured up to the value of £20.
We can only refund/replace goods up to the value of £20 if the Royal Mail, International Standard or International Tracked &Signed options are used.
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days (UK orders or 10 working days Rest of World) please contact us quoting your order number in all correspondence.
